Welcome to PrimePath Chauffeur. Our fare policy is designed to provide transparent, consistent, and reliable pricing for all passengers and partners using our services.

1. Base Fare

All rides are subject to a base fare, which represents the minimum charge for initiating a booking. Base fares may vary depending on vehicle category, location, and service type.

2. Distance & Time Pricing

Ride pricing may include:

  • Distance-based charges
  • Hourly service rates
  • Minimum booking durations for hourly reservations
  • City-to-city transfer pricing

The final fare is calculated based on the selected vehicle class, trip details, and applicable service options.

3. Airport Transfers

Airport pickups and drop-offs may include additional airport-related service charges. Airport services may also require passengers to provide flight information for operational coordination.

4. Additional Services & Add-ons

Additional charges may apply for optional or special-request services, including but not limited to:

  • Meet & greet services
  • Child seats
  • Extra luggage capacity
  • Extended waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Late-night pickups
  • Special route requirements

Any applicable add-on charges will be clearly displayed during booking or charged to the payment method on file where authorized.

5. Waiting Time

Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on the booking type and vehicle category. Additional waiting time beyond the included allowance may incur extra charges.

6. Toll Roads, Parking & Access Fees

Certain trips may require payment of:

  • Toll charges
  • Parking fees
  • Airport access fees
  • Venue or event access charges

These costs may be included in the fare or charged separately depending on the service arrangement.

7. Pricing Transparency

  • Service add-ons
  • Availability and operational requirements

8. Payment Authorization

By confirming a booking, the customer authorizes PrimePath to charge the selected payment method for:

  • The quoted trip fare
  • Approved add-on services
  • Applicable operational charges related to the booking

9. Currency

All fares are charged in the currency displayed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

10. Fare Adjustments

PrimePath reserves the right to adjust fares in cases involving:

  • Incorrect trip information
  • Route changes requested by the passenger
  • Additional waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Vehicle damage or extraordinary cleaning requirements
  • Service upgrades requested after booking confirmation

11. Partner & Corporate Accounts

Special pricing, invoicing, and payment terms may apply to approved corporate or partner accounts under separate agreements.
